Return & Exchange Policy
At ICU Craft Box, we take pride in providing personalized crafts that are unique to you. We understand that customized items are made to your exact specifications and cannot be returned after mockups have been approved, unless there is an error on our part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All custom orders are final sale, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you. In case of an error on our part, we will make sure to rectify it as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom orders. However, if the item is damaged during shipping or if there is an error on our part, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
